U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining over 100 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (NYSE:HPE) rose during Wednesday’s session after the company announced it raised its FY27 networking segment revenue growth guidance. Also, the company announced an order from Vultr to deploy AMD Helios AI Rack systems.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise shares jumped 5.1% to $64.58 on Wednesday.

  • Capital Bancorp Inc (NASDAQ:CBNK) shares jumped 10.8% to $39.50. Peoples Bancorp Inc. and Capital Bancorp announced a merger agreement.
  • Inventiva S.A. (NASDAQ:IVA) shares rose 9.9% to $3.6150.
  • Spyre Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:SYRE) gained 9.5% to $92.80.
  • Akso Health Group – ADR (NASDAQ:AHG) shares rose 8.5% to $0.75.
  • FormFactor Inc (NASDAQ:FORM) surged 7.7% to $146.71. Deutsche Bank analyst George Brown initiated coverage on FormFactor with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $200.
  • Cypherpunk Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:CYPH) gained 7.6% to $3.48.
  • Eightco Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ORBS) rose 7.2% to $1.26.
  • BitVentures Ltd (NASDAQ:BVC) surged 6.8% to $12.16.
  • Uniqure NV (NASDAQ:QURE) gained 6.8% to $26.18. uniQure recently announced that cUHDRS showed a 44% slowing of disease progression compared to the updated external control and did not reach statistical significance.
  • Torm PLC (NASDAQ:TRMD) shares climbed 6.4% to $38.45.
  • Rogers Corp (NYSE:ROG) rose 6.4% to $147.00.
  • Mongodb Inc (NASDAQ:MDB) gained 5.2% to $354.72. MongoDB’s board authorized additional $1 billion in share repurchases.
