HPE Lands $1.2 Billion AMD Helios Order

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. (NYSE:HPE) secured a $1.2 billion order from Vultr to deploy Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (NASDAQ:AMD) Helios AI Rack by HPE systems across U.S. cloud data centers.

The agreement marks HPE’s first order for the new platform. Each system combines 72 AMD Instinct MI455X GPUs, EPYC "Venice" CPUs, Pensando networking and ROCm software, while HPE supplies Juniper-based networking, direct liquid cooling and deployment services.
