(formerly known as WISeKey International Corp., "WISeQey" or the "Company") ((SIX: WIHN, NASDAQ:WKEY), a leading global quantum cybersecurity and space IoT company, today announced that the previously announced redomiciliation of WISeKey International Holding Ltd ("WISeKey") from Switzerland to the British Virgin Islands became legally effective today (the "Redomiciliation"). The Redomiciliation was implemented through a cross-border merger of WISeKey with and into WISeQey, its wholly owned British Virgin Islands subsidiary, with WISeQey as the surviving company (the "Merger").
