Shares of QTREX Quantum Ltd. (NASDAQ:QTEX) are trading higher Friday morning. The company early Thursday announced breakthrough independent testing results for its cryogenic quantum interconnects and confirmed it is finalizing a binding commercial agreement.

Breakthrough Cryogenic Interconnect Performance

On Thursday, QTREX announced that a leading quantum computing firm verified its Additively Manufactured Electronics cryogenic interconnect at an operating temperature of 20 millikelvin.

Testing confirmed channel isolation exceeding 100 decibels across the 4 to 8 gigahertz qubit band, surpassing market-leading flexible cabling by over 60 decibels with zero detectable crosstalk.

The company says the monolithic architecture resolves critical wiring density and thermal bottlenecks required to scale quantum processors to one million qubits.

Finalizing Commercial Agreement and Executive Commentary

Following the positive test results, QTREX confirmed it is finalizing a binding definitive agreement with the testing customer, with full commercial disclosure expected within weeks alongside additional fourth-quarter commercial deals.

“The coldest, most unforgiving environment in computing. One of the most exacting teams in our industry. Their instruments, their cryogenic system, their reference cables. That is the test, and these are the results,” said Dagi Ben-Noon, Chief Executive Officer of QTREX Quantum.

“We view 60 decibels more isolation than the leading flexible cabling on the market as not an improvement but a different category, and it is what a million qubit machine will require,” Ben-Noon added.
