Reaffirms Full-Year 2026 Guidance

As Insmed continues to build on its operational excellence and momentum, the Company reaffirms its full-year 2026 financial guidance of revenue in the range of $1.25 billion to $1.40 billion for BRINSUPRI® (brensocatib) and $450 million to $470 million for ARIKAYCE® (amikacin liposome inhalation suspension).
