Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV), a global leader in AI-powered commerce and engagement, today announced a worldwide reseller agreement with Mastercard, establishing a new distribution channel for Rezolve Ai’s technology as businesses prepare for the next generation of AI-driven commerce.

Under the agreement, Mastercard is authorized to market, offer and sell subscriptions to Rezolve Ai’s software and SaaS services worldwide on a non-exclusive basis. The arrangement provides a commercial framework for bringing Rezolve Ai’s capabilities to Mastercard customers with Mastercard leading coordination of the sales process and contracting directly with resale customers.
