On CNBC’s “Halftime Report Final Trades,” Bryn Talkington, managing partner of Requisite Capital Management, said she expects Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) to go much higher.
Supporting her view, Cantor Fitzgerald analyst C.J. Muse reiterated an Overweight rating on Nvidia on Oct. 1 and maintained a $350 price target.
Nvidia will also be in the spotlight this week after its stock price reached a record high last week, when the company unveiled the largest share buyback program on record. Nvidia will now repurchase $150 billion of its shares, on top of the $80 billion program it is currently executing.
The Jensen Huang-led company will also be in the spotlight ahead of key earnings from suppliers like Taiwan Semiconductor (Oct. 15) and SK Hynix (Oct. 27).
Okta, Cognex, Delta
Malcolm Ethridge, managing partner at Capital Area Planning Group, picked Okta, Inc. (NASDAQ:OKTA).
Morgan Stanley analyst Meta Marshall, on Sept. 29, maintained an Overweight rating on Okta and raised the price target from $200 to $245.

Amy Raskin, CIO at Chevy Chase Trust, named Cognex Corporation (NASDAQ:CGNX) as her final trade.
Cognex, on Sept. 22, agreed to acquire RealSense for about $500 million, expanding the machine vision company into the fast-growing robotic perception market.
Jim Lebenthal, partner and chief market strategist at Cerity Partners, recommended Delta Air Lines, Inc. (NYSE:DAL) ahead of earnings.
Delta Air is scheduled to release third-quarter earnings before the opening bell on Friday, Oct. 9. Analysts expect the company to report quarterly earnings of $1.88 per share on revenue of $18.83 billion.
