AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the trusted global infrastructure leader, today announced an AECOM-led joint venture, 413 Continuity Partners, has been awarded the Highway 413 Program Management Consultant contract by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO).

Highway 413 is a transformative transportation program that will create a new, approximately 59-kilometer transportation corridor with extensions to Highways 410 and 427 in Ontario. Including more than 170 bridges and 60 structural culverts, the program will help address growing transportation demands across the Greater Toronto Area, enhancing connectivity between regional corridors and relieving congestion on existing highways.

Over the 10-year assignment, 413 Continuity Partners will provide program management, technical leadership, environmental coordination, stakeholder engagement and communications, and construction oversight to support MTO in delivering Highway 413. The program will be delivered through multiple contracts and progressive delivery models, leveraging AECOM’s 20-year history of supporting this transportation corridor and the Company’s legacy of delivering major infrastructure programs in Canada for over a century.
