Ciena Corporation (NYSE:CIEN) is “very good,” Cramer said. “I happen to like optical. You know, the one that I had liked for the Club was Corning. I’m waiting for it to come down and be able to get back in.”
Supporting his choice, Bernstein analyst Daniel Zhu, on Sept. 30, initiated coverage on Ciena with an Outperform rating and set a price target of $440.
“People are very worried about Europe right now because of France. I think ING is good,” Cramer said when asked about ING Groep N.V. (NYSE:ING). “I happen to like Banco Santander (NYSE:SAN) very much too. I think you’re in good shape.”
