Zeta Global Holdings Corp. (NYSE:ZETA) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Digital Audience, a data infrastructure company, to expand its identity and activation capabilities across digital channels.

Deal Expands Zeta’s AI Infrastructure

Digital Audience is already integrated with Zeta’s platform. The acquisition will add data and AI engineers while strengthening Zeta’s intelligent AI infrastructure.

The deal aims to help enterprises connect customer data with AI and use those insights across marketing channels. It could also improve how companies measure customer engagement.

CEO David A. Steinberg said the acquisition should help clients use customer intelligence more efficiently and improve returns on marketing spending.

Zeta Expands European Presence

The acquisition will also strengthen Zeta’s presence in Europe and add established enterprise relationships in the region.

Digital Audience CEO Ruben Niet said combining the companies’ capabilities should help enterprises create more connected and measurable customer engagement.

Zeta said it will work with the Digital Audience team to ensure continuity for customers after the transaction closes.

The deal follows the company’s ongoing expansion in its AI Infrastructure capabilities. Zeta on Oct. 5, acquired Senso, a Y Combinator-backed AI engineering company, strengthening its AI trust and discoverability tools.

Zeta reported $309.95 million in cash and cash equivalents as of June 30, 2026, at the end of its second quarter.

In July, Zeta Global also closed a new $1 billion credit facility, replacing its previous $550 million facility. The financing includes a $250 million term loan and a $750 million revolving credit facility that was undrawn at closing. The company said the added liquidity gives it more flexibility for acquisitions, share repurchases and general corporate purposes.

Stock Analysis

Zeta stock is trading more than 1% higher during Wednesday’s premarket session, extending the stock’s longer-term uptrend despite weaker U.S. stock futures. Nasdaq 100 futures are down 0.69%, while S&P 500 futures have slipped 0.29%.

The stock remains near the top of its 52-week range. That relative strength stands out as broader market sentiment weakens ahead of Wednesday’s opening bell.

Zeta remains in a clear longer-term uptrend. The stock has gained 65.08% over the past 12 months and is trading just below its 52-week high of $34.80.

At $33.41, Zeta is about 9.1% above its 20-day simple moving average of $30.76. It is also about 56.7% above its 200-day SMA of $21.42.

That positioning signals strong momentum. However, the wide gap above its major moving averages could also increase the risk of a pullback.

The moving-average structure remains bullish. The 20-day SMA is above the 50-day SMA, while the 50-day SMA crossed above the 200-day SMA in June, forming a golden cross.

Meanwhile, the MACD remains above its signal line, and the histogram is positive. That suggests upside momentum is strengthening.

Key support sits near $27.50, an area where buyers previously stepped in. That level is also relatively close to the 50-day SMA of $28.96.

Analyst Outlook

The stock carries a Buy consensus rating, with an average price forecast of $33.06 across 15 analysts. Forecasts range from $27 to $40.

D.A. Davidson maintained a Buy rating and raised its price forecast to $38 on Oct. 6. RBC Capital maintained an Outperform rating and raised its price forecast to $40 on Oct. 5. Bank of America maintained a Buy rating and raised its price forecast to $34 on Aug. 19.

Benzinga Edge Rankings

The Benzinga Edge scorecard highlights Zeta’s strong momentum and growth profile.

Its Momentum score stands at 97.29, reflecting strong relative performance against the broader market. Its Growth score is 87.84, pointing to a growth-oriented profile.

The setup remains constructive while the longer-term uptrend holds. However, the stock’s large premium to its major moving averages leaves it vulnerable to a pullback.
