Oklo Inc. (NYSE:OKLO) stock is down about 5% on Wednesday. The decline appears tied to broader market pressure and profit-taking, not a new company-specific announcement.

The Nasdaq is down 0.66% while the S&P 500 has shed 0.58%.

Oklo stock traded higher Tuesday as nuclear stocks rallied. Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOGL) (NASDAQ:GOOG) signed a 20-year agreement with Constellation Energy Corp. (NASDAQ:CEG) to add 890 megawatts of nuclear capacity to the PJM Interconnection grid.

Google Funds Nuclear Reactor Upgrades

The agreement funds upgrades to 11 Constellation-owned nuclear units in Illinois, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Constellation plans more than $4.3 billion in investment, with the first increment expected by 2028.

“Our agreement with Constellation to fund nuclear reactor uprates will strengthen the PJM grid, which serves 67 million people,” said Amanda Peterson Corio, Google’s global head of energy and power.

Amazon Deal Adds to Nuclear Power Supply

Six days earlier, Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN) signed a 20-year agreement with Constellation for 190 megawatts. The two contracts fund 1,080 megawatts, about 16% of the 6,831-megawatt shortfall PJM identified after its latest capacity auction.

Technical Analysis

From a trend perspective, Oklo remains in a longer-term downtrend: it’s trading about 3.1% below its 20-day SMA ($37.57), about 9.9% below its 50-day SMA ($40.39), and about 38.1% below its 200-day SMA ($58.83). The 50-day SMA is also below the 200-day SMA (a Death Cross that occurred in February), which typically keeps rallies from turning into sustained uptrends until price can reclaim key moving averages.

The stock is also sitting near the bottom of its 52-week range, with the 52-week low at $34.38 and price not far above that zone, which can make support levels more important than usual. After a recent swing low in September and a swing high in August, traders are watching whether this pullback holds a higher low or rolls back toward the prior base.

  • Key Resistance: $41.50 — Nearby ceiling near the 50-day moving-average area where rebounds can stall.
  • Key Support: $34.50 — Nearby floor near the 52-week low zone where buyers previously stepped in.

OKLO Stock Price Activity: Oklo shares were down 5.46% at $36.46 at the time of publication on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
