Zone Frontier Inc. (NYSE AMERICAN: ZONE) (the "Company" or "Zone Frontier") today announced the sale of its legacy aqueous ozone cleaning products business, including its wholly owned subsidiary CleanCore Global Limited, to Sanzonate Holdings LLC ("Sanzonate"), an entity controlled by Clayton Adams, the Company's former Chief Executive Officer and current board member.
