Texas Capital Bancshares’ common and preferred stock began trading on TXSE at market open today under the ticker symbols, "TCBI" and "TCBI PRB," respectively. The company expects to change the ticker symbols to "TXCP" and "TXCP PRB," respectively, on November 9, 2026. No action is required by stockholders in connection with the ticker symbol change.
